Can the agents run my company if I have no accountant?
Day to day, yes: bookkeeping, invoicing, bank matching, bills, payroll assembly, VAT drafts and cash forecasting. You still approve payments and payroll (ten minutes a day), and a licensed accountant signs filings and year-end accounts — which is why many customers pair DeepERP with a partner firm at a fraction of a bookkeeper's salary.
Will an agent move money without me?
No. Agents record small routine entries within limits you set, and every one is on record. Payments, payroll, supplier bank-detail changes, user roles and data export always need a person and a code from the app.
Is chat safe for this?
A phone number alone can't get in. Numbers are linked in the app, big actions need an in-app code, amounts are masked in chat, documents are expiring links, and you can freeze everything by typing FREEZE.
Can I try it before I put in my own data?
Yes. Pick your industry and you get a working demo company with two years of realistic history. It stays open for seven days; when you're ready, start your real company on the same industry setup.
Is there somewhere safe to practice?
Every company comes with a practice copy. Train staff, test a rule or rehearse month-end there: no messages reach customers, no payments are made and nothing is filed. Reset it whenever you like.
Do I have to design my processes?
No. Buying, selling, payroll and seven more workflows are ready on day one, run by the agents, with you approving where it matters. You set limits in plain words; Maya does the rest.
Which countries' tax and payroll do you support?
Any country can start on the generic pack — your currency and your own tax rates. Bangladesh tax and payroll are built in today; UAE (VAT 201, WPS payroll) and Saudi Arabia (ZATCA e-invoicing) packs are next. Tell us where you operate on the demo form.
Does it work in Arabic and Bangla?
Yes. The app, documents and Maya work in English, Arabic and Bangla — Arabic right to left.
How long does it take to get started?

Where is my data?
