Each agent works inside a job description and an amount limit you set. A one-time code from the app — valid five minutes, single use — is required for payment runs, payroll, bank-detail changes, role changes and data export; three wrong codes lock chat actions for an hour.
Every entry has its proof
Posted entries are never edited — a mistake is reversed with a visible correction. Every change records who asked, which agent prepared it, which rule applied and who approved.
Your data, kept separate
Each company has its own database, encrypted at rest and in transit. Our support staff see nothing in your books unless you grant time-limited access.
A safe place to practice
The practice copy is sealed off from the outside world: messages land in a test outbox, payment gateways run in test mode and tax filing is switched off.

A phone number alone can't get in. Numbers are linked in the app; big actions need an in-app code; bank details, roles and data export never change over chat. Type FREEZE and everything stops.

Will an agent move money without me?
No. Agents record small routine entries within limits you set, and every one is on record. Payments, payroll, supplier bank-detail changes, user roles and data export always need a person and a code from the app.
Is chat safe for this?
A phone number alone can't get in. Numbers are linked in the app, big actions need an in-app code, amounts are masked in chat, documents are expiring links, and you can freeze everything by typing FREEZE.
Is there somewhere safe to practice?
Every company comes with a practice copy. Train staff, test a rule or rehearse month-end there: no messages reach customers, no payments are made and nothing is filed. Reset it whenever you like.
Where is my data?
In the DeepERP cloud, encrypted and walled off from every other company. Ask us where it is hosted, for a full copy, or to delete it, at any time.
