Every plan keeps the same rule: agents propose, people approve, and payments, payroll and bank-detail changes always need a code.

This estimate assumes the agents remove 70 % of bookkeeping time and 75 % of owner admin time, that 30 % of overdue invoices are collected sooner (valued at 12 % a year), that each invoice or bill handled by hand costs 0.5 USD in corrections and late fees, and that 50 % of the saving arrives in month one. Change any of them above.

Who owns my data, and can I take it with me?
You do. Your company's data is encrypted and walled off from every other company. Ask us and we send you a full copy, or delete it, at any time.
Can I move from Tally, QuickBooks or spreadsheets?
Yes. Moving from QuickBooks, Xero or spreadsheets? Upload the export and we check that the balances match. From Tally or another system, tell us what you want to bring across and we review the move with you before you commit.
Does it work in Bangla?
Yes. The app, documents and Maya work in English, Arabic and Bangla — Arabic right to left.
Is WhatsApp safe for approvals?
A phone number alone can't get in. Numbers are linked in the app, big actions need an in-app code, amounts are masked in chat, documents are expiring links, and you can freeze everything by typing FREEZE.
Will an agent move money without me?
No. Agents record small routine entries within limits you set, and every one is on record. Payments, payroll, supplier bank-detail changes, user roles and data export always need a person and a code from the app.
