Your business, one chat away

Approve a bill, send an invoice, snap a receipt or ask who owes you — on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, in English, Bangla or Arabic.

Four things you'd do this week

Pick a scenario and watch it play out on the phone. Illustrative conversations on a sample company.

What you can do from WhatsApp

The everyday jobs that used to wait until you were back at a laptop.

Approve bills and payments

Tap Approve on a bill. For payments above your limit, type the one-time code shown in your app — no code, no payment.

Send invoices and reminders

"Send Corner Fresh their invoice." The PDF goes out with a payment link, and the Collector follows up on the schedule you set.

Get the morning summary

At the time you choose: cash in the bank, what's due today, who is late and the three things that need you.

Snap a receipt or bill

Send a photo; it is read, coded and checked against the order. Your staff do the same for expense claims.

Ask Maya

"How did the south route do last week?" Answers come with the figures and a link to the report behind them.

Handle staff requests

Leave, attendance check-in and payslips for your team — each person sees only their own record.

Get paid by link

Every invoice carries a pay link — bKash and SSLCommerz in Bangladesh, cards elsewhere. The invoice is marked paid when the money reaches your bank, and the customer gets a receipt.

Settle a bank-line question

When the Bookkeeper cannot tell who a deposit came from, it asks you in chat with the likely customers. Reply with the name and the line is matched.

Two sides of the same chat

The owner's morning on the left, a customer paying on the right — both illustrative.

What your customers get

Nothing to install. They deal with your business in the chat they already use.

Invoices that get read

The invoice arrives as a PDF with your name and logo, and their statement is one message away whenever they ask.

Pay in a tap

A payment link on every invoice — bKash and SSLCommerz in Bangladesh, Stripe cards elsewhere. The invoice is marked paid when the money reaches your bank.

Polite, well-timed reminders

Before the due date, on it and after it, in the customer's language — and they stop as soon as a payment is promised or made.

A receipt they can keep

Once the payment is matched, the customer gets a receipt automatically. A screenshot on its own never marks an invoice paid.

Set up in an afternoon

On the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta — no personal phones, no workarounds.

  1. Choose your number

Free and Personal plans use DeepERP's shared business number. On Business you connect your own verified number with your company name.

  2. Link your people

Each owner and staff number is linked in the app with a one-time code. Numbers that aren't linked can only ask to contact you.

  3. Pick languages and times

Choose message templates in English, Bangla or Arabic, the time of the morning summary, and quiet hours.

  4. Set your chat limit

Decide the amount above which approvals in chat need a code from the app. Payroll and bank-detail changes always need one.

Privacy and consent

Business messaging that respects your customers and your team.

Opt-in first

Customers get business messages only after agreeing to them. Replying STOP ends them, and every message sent is logged.

Everyone sees only their own

A customer can ask for their own statement, never another customer's. Staff see their own payslips and leave, nothing more.

Kept with the record

Each conversation is stored with the customer, bill or employee it belongs to, and only your administrators can read the log.

Message charges in the open

Meta's conversation charges show in your plan usage, so you always see what chat costs.

WhatsApp features vary by plan, and we confirm what's included for you in the demo. Payment links depend on the payment providers available in your country.

Bring one chat you'd like to stop handling by hand

A reminder you send every week, a bill you approve on the road, a receipt your staff keep losing — we'll show it running on WhatsApp.
